Project Overview

Skills Academy is an online educational platform designed to offer professional training programs in various domains, including Office Automation, Graphic Designing, Web Designing, and Web Development. The platform aims to provide a seamless learning experience with an intuitive interface, easy course navigation, and an engaging user experience.

As the Web Developer, I was responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a fully functional website that facilitates course browsing, enrollment, and interaction between students and instructors.

Key Features & Responsibilities

1. Website Development & UI/UX Design

  • Developed a fully responsive and modern website that aligns with Skills Academy’s vision.
  • Designed an intuitive user interface to ensure seamless navigation across different course categories.
  • Implemented an engaging homepage layout showcasing key features, popular courses, and call-to-action elements.

2. Course Management System

  • Integrated a dynamic course listing module that allows administrators to add, update, and manage courses effortlessly.
  • Developed a structured categorization system to help users find courses based on their interests and expertise level.
  • Designed a detailed course page with descriptions, instructor details, duration, and enrollment options.

3. User Authentication & Enrollment System

  • Implemented a secure user authentication system, enabling students to register, log in, and manage their accounts.
  • Developed an enrollment feature, allowing users to sign up for courses with automated email confirmations.
  • Added a dashboard for users to track their enrolled courses and progress.

4. Responsive & Mobile-Friendly Design

  • Ensured cross-device compatibility, making the website fully functional on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Used Bootstrap and CSS3 media queries to optimize layouts for various screen sizes.

5. Contact & Support Integration

  • Integrated a contact form to facilitate communication between students and Skills Academy support.
  • Added a live chat or inquiry system for instant assistance regarding course details and enrollment.
